Repeater Satellite Babo orbits the fortress planet, Helena. It was originally designed as a relay station for military intelligence, but after the Hermus Treaty brought an end to war in The Weave, it was reconfigured for civilian-facing radio.
It occasionally gets hijacked for pirate radio broadcasts, though this is allowed by design. Babo is equipped with a dual Receiver-Triangulator which can quickly find the source of these pirate signals. Due to this ability, Helena radio workers often refer to the satellite as “The Honeypot.”
